registering to participate in Jordan First International Tango
Festival 2010 you acknowledge and accept the followings:
1-
You and your partner must complete two separate registration
forms
2- It’s not allowed to change your schedule during the
festival
3- Early bird special Jordanian participant kits are based on
confirmed registrations only
4- Transportations provided – if you pay for transportation
thought the festival- are from the hotels suggested on the festival
website to workshops area and from the hotels to the location
of the milongas as per the bus schedule provided
5- The festival organizers are not responsible for transportation
between the airport to Amman or from Amman to the airport. Please
check the festival manual for the easiest way to get from airport
to the hotels and back
6- Buses will be in front of the hotel we suggest and will move
to workshops and milongas on time, The festival organizers will
not be responsible for your transportation if you miss the bus
7- Accommodation during the festival: include 3 nights in Amman
and one night in a comfortable tent in the desert, you may book
for extra accommodations in Amman as per your arrival and departure
dates
8- If you register in a double room you or your room partner
(one of you only) should book and pay for the double room. This
does not apply for booking a tent in the dessert. Each will
be booked and paid for separately if you choose to attend the
milonga in the desert
9- If you register to milonga Wadi Rum in the dessert - you
automatically pay for accommodation in a tent in the desert,
there are no other options for accommodations in the desert
10- You receive your merchandise items if you choose to buy
one or more on the same day at the registration desk
11- Guests are not allowed during the workshops
12- If you cancel your registration before august 2010 €
60 will be omitted from your total cost, the rest of the amount
will be refunded. No refunds are offered for cancelation after
1st of august
13- If the festival gets canceled for any reason, all payments
will be refunded to the participant
14- All bank payments for deposits or refunds are considered
as part of the responsibility of the participant
15- Teachers may request or suggest that you change partners
during the classes as they see appropriate
16- You have to take per the permission of the teachers for
any audio or camera recording in classes
17- The organization is not responsible for any lost materials
18- The organization is not responsible in any type of participant
Insurance if needed
19- The festival organizers are not responsible for the problems
related to third parties like hotel management, buses services,
venues management and services… etc
20- The festival organizers will inform registered participants
of any changes on the schedule and main details
